Please note also, the possibility to consider these parameters for the main calculation. Thus, various factors (ring interference, preload, temperature, speed...) will be taken into account and their effects will be estimated against the internal equilibrium of all the bearing belonging to the same asembly (set of bearings).
A 3D view is automatically generated when this page is selected. The view can be manipulated in order to display the detail one would expect. As for the bearing database, the model can be exported according to the two formats : Step® and Iges®.
The model considered for the calculation will be shown on this page. Only the operating speed is requested from the user. Once a valid speed is entered, the calculation for solving the system can start.
It is question here of a simplified graphical system. Its function is to allow a direct and interactive description of a shaft / bearing model. Once, a shaft is properly defined, the user will be able to place, move or delete components (shaft segment, bearing, external force etc...) by using the mouse....
Once the system has found its equilibrium, the user is warn the calculation is complete and is automatically directed to page containing the results. Information relative to the shaft deflection will be given as well as full and detailed information about the bearings. The results are presented in the form of tables (numerical results and also in form of grahics (curves and circular graphs).
Due to the integrated database functions, the user has at his disposal all he needs in order to handle his bearing applications. Further, an application can be duplicated thru a simple mouse click.
